We are now a few months into 2021 and the weather has been exceptional, besides the few weeks of true South Dakota weather. We continue to move forward with construction and are now looking to begin the construction of the next couple buildings. As we move down what will soon be a road, we continue imagining the life at The Refuge Retreats. We know this 55+ living community will benefit Aberdeen and the surrounding communities tremendously.
The construction progress of the first 10 units is moving at a nice pace. The roof is complete, siding is going up and exterior brick will be added as the weather warms up. Having the exterior near completion is a very nice view! Interior wise we are framing, sheet rocking, and scheduled to tape and texture soon. So, while the exterior looks nearly complete, there is considerable finish work inside to do.
