The summer months are speeding by swiftly. The first 10 units are near completion, and we are excited to soon announce a move-in date. Even though we feel accomplished knowing that tenants will be living at The Refuge Retreats soon. The Refuge Retreats team continues to plan and move forward with construction of more buildings. By the end of 2021 you will see a 10-plex, 4-plex and 8-plex built and done on Lancelot Drive, along with our Clubhouse with a set completion date of early 2022. Let us all cross our fingers in hopes of moderate weather as we enter fall and winter.
The road construction is progressing nicely with limited weather setbacks. We are hopeful that Lancelot Drive section of the road will be completed in August and Queen Court will follow quickly thereafter.
Witnessing the progress this past year has been an exciting journey. We are so glad you have decided to follow along with us. We continue imagining life at The Refuge Retreats.
