The Refuge Retreats consists of 54 homes. All of these homes have a 1,495 sq.ft. floor plan with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 stall garage, spacious kitchen and living room, 4 season sitting room, and patio.

This is a for lease development. All lease agreements are $2,200 per month. This includes all of the great amenities the Refuge Retreats has to offer. The only expense not covered in your lease is cable and internet. New lease agreements are for a one year commitment. After the year is up, your lease will be renewed on a month by month basis.
