As 2022 comes to a close we are pleased to keep you up to date.
We were fortunate to have a mild fall and start to winter. We have made great progress. North Lancelot Drive buildings are complete, and we continue to put up buildings on Queen Court.
As of today, there are 32 units completed and all are occupied. Next units to be complete are the 8-plex and 4-plex on Queen Court. This will leave us with one building (6-plex) on Queen Court and lastly, a 4-plex on Arthurs Court, next to our beautiful Clubhouse, to finish the development. All units are estimated to be complete and in-service by August 2023.
The Refuge Retreats Clubhouse has been such a success! This wonderful space has given tenants a place to congregate and become great friends. Our tenants gather daily and weekly over puzzles, coffee, books, baking and they even have a weekly happy hour! Refuge Retreats also rents out this space to local community members for a fee. We have seen a great interest from the community!
We look forward to a productive 2023 full of construction and easy living for all those who have chosen to make Refuge Retreats their home.
